purchased by Customer through Sarah Barnard Design LLC shall be considered a “custom” sale and as such is not returnable or eligible for cancellation or refund. Sarah Barnard Design LLC does not make any express or implied warranty and expressly disclaims all warranties on any Merchandise.

Customer must inspect all Merchandise purchased by Customer through Sarah Barnard Design LLC within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of the Merchandise . Customer must notify Sarah Barnard Design LLC of any and all defects or damage to the Merchandise within this twenty-four (24) hour timeframe. In the event Merchandise is delivered damaged, and Customer notifies SBD LLC of the damage within twenty-four (24) hours of placement of the Merchandise on Customer’s premises, Customer is required to provide Sarah Barnard Design LLC or vendor of the Merchandise the opportunity to repair or replace the Merchandise with a suitable replacement item.

No Chargebacks. Customer agrees to waive their right to the retrieval process with their credit card company. Customer understands that the charges on a credit card are irrevocable, undisputable and may not be charged back, contested or challenged now or in the future, doing so is a material breach of this agreement.
